It's the difference between content and transformation. And it's what I've spent my career obsessing over — first in classrooms, then in coaching, now with coaches, consultants, and organizations who have knowledge worth sharing.

First - congrats! You marketing queen - you’re messaging is getting people in your course - thats a big piece of running your biz.
And of course we want them to actually finish the course so that they can get the result - we aren’t only here for $ honey, we are here to change lives. There are a couple of reasons people wouldn’t finish your course.
It could be confusing (too much!), unclear of actions they need to take (there should be one clear one for each lesson), or it could even be they don’t feel seen/understand it is for them (language in the lessons).

As a small biz owner you definitely have to wear all the hats - course creation is one part of it. AND I always say that the learning starts long before the course does - the learning starts in your entire onboarding journey, it keeps going in your mid course surveys and in your offboarding. In the emails you send and even in the content you make.
